Marble the Steakhouse, an upscale chophouse-style restaurant, is planning a late summer opening in Kokomo’s historic downtown train depot. The restaurant, which will feature steaks, seafood, and chops, is the latest endeavor from Chef Blake Kinder, who currently owns and operates Cook McDoogal’s in downtown Kokomo.
