The HuB Downtown, a collaborative workspace, is open for business in downtown Kokomo. The HuB Downtown provides flexible co-working space for businesses that may not need a full-sized office but would like working space downtown.

“The focus is to blend entrepreneurs and general business people while encouraging and supporting entrepreneurs to help small businesses learn how to grow,” Caldwell said. “We love the vibe downtown and we wanted uilding receptionist, video conferencing, enterprise-level printing facilities, 24/7 security, and a conference room. The flex memberships, which range from $49 to $99 a month, offer amenities, such as a professional mailing address, high-speed Wi-Fi, conference tables, and lounge areas. Three businesses have already signed on for resident offices, including The Larison Company, a Digital Marketing firm focused on small businesses.

Kokomo Mayor Greg Goodnight said The HuB Downtown is a tremendous addition to the area.
