Coronavirus (COVID-19) Information

The City of Kokomo’s top priority is the health, safety and welfare of its residents, visitors and employees. COVID-19 (coronavirus) has reached the City of Kokomo, and the administration is responding.

Mayor Tyler Moore and City of Kokomo department heads have implemented policies to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of public services while minimizing possibilities for the transmission of COVID-19.

Kokomo’s City Hall offices and offsite buildings are largely closed. City services are operating with restrictions on public access to the second and third floors of City Hall. Public access remains available to the Kokomo Police Department (KPD) via the first floor of City Hall, 24 hours a day.

Public transit and trash pickup are operating on their regular schedules.

Residents are encouraged to communicate via email or phone with city departments.

For individuals or families suffering from addiction or mental health issues, please call Turning Point at 765-860-8365 to access services.
